Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The spacious rooms, equipped with landline Internet connections, were attentive, clean, and comfortable, offering a much bigger space than typical Japanese hotel rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist us with luggage and even securing Bullet train tickets in advance. The location was perfect, with direct access to Hakata subway station and various shopping malls nearby. The dining options were top-notch, especially the French bread and croissants. A great place to stay overall.
The hotel's location is perfect, with direct access to the Hakata subway station and close proximity to various shopping malls and dining options. The rooms, although slightly dated, were comfortable and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good variety of foods available. However, the rooms had a musky/smoky smell, and some areas seemed worn.
The hotel's location is perfect being right in the heart of Hakata station with easy access to shopping and dining. The rooms are spacious and clean, but there is a slight smoky smell. The service is top-notch with luggage assistance and an ideal location next to Hakata Station. Dining options are decent with a mix of Western and Japanese choices. The hotel offers a warm water pool and indoor and outdoor onsen facilities right by the train and bus terminals.
The hotel offers spacious rooms compared to many in Japan, but the standard room felt cramped for movement with just one king-size bed. The location is super convenient, directly connected to Hakata subway station, perfect for those coming or going from Hakata Station. The service was accommodating and communicative, though a hefty USD 230 key deposit in cash was unexpected during check-in. The dining experience was good with a choice of American and Japanese styles, but a buffet option would have been preferred. Overall, the hotel is excellent for its location and friendly service, despite some room constraints and limited dining options.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were much bigger than most in Fukuoka, but I was moved to a smaller room with no view, potentially facing a wall. However, since I didn't spend much time in the room, it didn't bother me too much. Also, I noticed that I was booked under two different names, which was a bit strange.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with separate toilets, equipped with internet access. The service is superb, with friendly and helpful staff willing to assist with inquiries and luggage arrangements. The location is superb, directly connected to the JR train station via an underground passage, making it convenient for travelers. The dining experience, while a bit expensive, provides high-quality options with a breathtaking view. The facilities are well-maintained and pleasant.
The hotel is ideally located, just across the street from Hakata Station, making it super convenient for travelers. The rooms are well-designed, with plenty of light and innovative automated shades for privacy, but they are on the smaller side compared to other city center hotels. The service was excellent, with helpful staff arranging baggage delivery and offering various amenities. The dining options were diverse, offering both American and Japanese choices. The location is top-notch, with direct access to the hotel from Hakata subway station, ideal for shopping and dining. However, a cash key deposit of 230 USD during check-in may not suit all travelers.
