Miyako Hotel Hakata, Fukuoka (Fukuoka)

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The spacious rooms, equipped with landline Internet connections, were attentive, clean, and comfortable, offering a much bigger space than typical Japanese hotel rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist us with luggage and even securing Bullet train tickets in advance. The location was perfect, with direct access to Hakata subway station and various shopping malls nearby. The dining options were top-notch, especially the French bread and croissants. A great place to stay overall.

The dining experience was good with a choice of American and Japanese styles, but a buffet option would have been preferred. Overall, the hotel is excellent for its location and friendly service, despite some room constraints and limited dining options.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were much bigger than most in Fukuoka, but I was moved to a smaller room with no view, potentially facing a wall. However, since I didn't spend much time in the room, it didn't bother me too much. Also, I noticed that I was booked under two different names, which was a bit strange.
